Violinburst Bambino Elite

Serial #N10400

Circa 2000, ths Bambino Elite was made individually by Bob Benedetto at his East Stroudsburg shop. It includes a letter from Bob authenticating it’s origin and describing the specifications in detail (see photos).

Originally built as a prototype, this Bambino Elite was hand made by Bob as the quintessential example for Fender’s Nashville Custom Shop (hence the N10400 serial number) during his collaboration with them at the time. The Flagship model would never be produced by Fender before ending their licensing agreement with Bob in 2006, but was immediately added into the lineup at Benedetto Guitars in Savannah. Bob retained the original prototype and later sold it to a private collector.  It now returns to Bob’s Boutique on consignment as a spectacular example art and functionality perfectly preserved and ready for stage, studio or home music conservatory. 

Condition is very good with only minor finish wear, some shrinkage and chipping around the tuner bushings. Playability and sound are exceptional. We leveled the frets, polished the guitar, and set it up to factory specifications.
