Benedetto is making available eight vintage guitars consigned by the family of a dear friend who was a prolific collector of guitars (mostly non-archtops).  From 2007 to 2010 he acquired seven custom Benedettos and one with all standard appointments. These guitars are all in excellent condition with very little ware, no obvious blemishes, dings or scratches.  These would be considered “closet classics.”  Our Master Luthier has inspected, cleaned, setup, and tested each instrument.  We will include a two-year warranty against defects with each purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping. 

Bravo Custom Gold Leaf, 2007: This is a one-of-a-kind Bravo Model with standard dimensions (16” x 2-1/2” body, 25” scale and 1-3/4” nut).  Back, sides and neck are dark espresso, and the top, headstock face and headstock back w/stinger are hand-applied 18 carat real gold leaf under nitrocellulose lacquer clearcoats. Ebony tailpiece, tuners, finger rest and bridge, with gold hardware.  Includes original TKL hardshell case.

LUTHIER’S NOTES: Old-spec truss rod – adequate. Excellent condition with only minor scuffs here and there.  Frets were in good shape and didn’t need work. Factory set up with 12s.
