We are proud to offer eight of Bob Benedetto’s personal instruments on consignment in Bob’s Boutique (the Benedetto Guitars webstore). There are four prototypes from Bob’s early 2000s licensing collaboration with Fender Musical Instruments, two unique instruments from the Benedetto Guitars Inc. workshop between 2006 and present, and two stunning examples from his home workshop dating as far back as 1980. Each is a treasure, has a great story, and was refreshed and inspected in our workshop allowing us to offer a 2-year limited warranty. This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of jazz guitar history! 

1980 Limelite Model Serial #4880 Natural – a beautiful example of a 16” x 3” acoustic archtop with a floating DeArmond #1100 pickup and Bob’s 24-1/2” scale, including hand cut inlay and Bob’s first use of domestic big leaf maple.  The guitar was built for iconic Chicago guitarist and educator, Jack Cecchini and traded back to Bob decades ago for a different Benedetto model.
