SUMMER NEWS AT BENEDETTO
Happy July 1, everyone! We have some exciting announcements to make (our newsletter subscribers already heard so go sign up!) …
1. Bad news first: Effective August 1st there will be a price increase for our guitars. We hate to do it but with ever rising costs our hand is forced. You still have ALL OF JULY to get in at current prices!
2. 2023 marks 100 years since the first modern archtop with f-style sound holes and violin appointments. We’ll celebrate with a series of three custom, non-cutaway Americana models and two, VERY special Sinfonietta guitars. SO special, in fact, that Bob has stepped out of retirement to collaborate with Damon and has hand graduated the top and back plates himself!!!
IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN…
It’s time for our annual summer shut down! Our hard working luthiers deserve a break but never fear, Howard and Jackson are still around to answer questions or take new orders. Please note, any merch orders won’t ship until Monday, July 11th. Feel free to give us call (912-692-1400) or shoot us an email (info@benedettoguitars.com).
IT’S A FIRST
Finally!!! Our first available guitar in the new Bob’s Boutique! Damon had to be pretty sneaky with this one too, or we might have sold it already. Contact us at info@benedettoguitars.com for purchase details, or click on over to Bob’s Boutique and buy it right off the site.
A LITTLE SOMETHING DIFFERENT
This rare, two-tone Bravo shipped out yesterday. It sports a Natural top with Espresso back, neck and sides and an upgraded B-6 pickup.
SWINGIN’ AND SINGIN’ WITH DAD
Has anyone ever seen anything cuter? It’s also very impressive…
IT NEVER GETS OLD
We are lucky enough to see all types of amazing wood, be they wildly figured, exotic species, or simply rare and unique, but sometimes an amazing sunburst is all you need! This gorgeous specimen is heading home to Tennessee.
GO, JOE!
Hey, look! It’s the great Joe Negri getting some much deserved attention.
FLAME-TASTIC
Another Pat Martino signature model has shaped up and shipped out, this one in a handsome Light Antiqueburst finish which highlights a rather impressive flame maple top!
ON AIR
Big congrats to Chris Standring on leading the radio charge in the Billboard increased plays list this month with his tune, “Shadow of Doubt” from the “Simple Things” album.
THE GUITAR WITH ALL THE ANSWERS
The Pat Martino Signature model is naturally beloved among the throngs of Pat’s devotees, but with artists like King Solomon Hicks, Corey Christiansen, and Shawn Purcell pushing the limits of the guitar by way of their individual setups, we’re getting a growing variety of music from this versatile instrument. This customer requested lighter strings and special saddles a la Solomon Hicks.
