I just placed an order- when will I get my stuff???
Currently, we are collecting all orders on Friday at 5 PM and shipping out all orders on Saturday mornings. So, if you place your order after 5 PM on Friday, it will not be shipped out until Saturday of the following week. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we're still a fairly small operation! As the Benedetto Gear store grows, we will start shipping more frequently.
Shipping Rates
We calculate our shipping cost based on the subtotal of your basket at checkout. Our Shipping rates based upon subtotals are as follows:
$0.00-$30.00 = $5.95 shipping charge
$30.01-$60.00 = $8.95 shipping charge
$60.01-$140.00 = $11.95 shipping charge
$140.01-$300.00 = $15.95 shipping charge
$300.01-$5000.00 = $20.95 shipping charge
$5000 + = FREE SHIPPING ;-)
International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time the Benedetto Online Store is only accepting orders for Domestic Shipments. We are working hard to configure international shipping for the Benedetto Online Store. Hang in there international Benedetto Gear fans!
Benedetto Guitars Online Store Return Policy
When you shop at the Benedetto Online Store, you can shop with the comfort of knowing that your order is backed by a 30-day 100% Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with a product sold by The Benedetto Online Store for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) if returned within 10 days of delivery. There is no re-stocking fee.
To start your return, simply reuse the original packaging and ship the product(s) to be returned with trackable means to the address below. Please include a note with your order number stating your reason for returning the product. Your credit card will be credited within 2 weeks of receipt (it may be sooner, but this includes transit time, time for us to process the return order, and for the bank to transact the funds which can take up to 5 business days).

If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or if you received the wrong item, please email cbenedetto@benedettoguitars.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. We will email or mail you a free USPS Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost to you.
What is the deal with "Discontinued Gear"?
We often update and change the items that we are selling in our online store. For this reason, when we only have a few remaining sizes of a certain item and we are not ordering more, they are moved to Discontinued Items. These items are not "b" stock items, we are just no longer ordering that particular style of shirt any longer. Keep an eye on this category as there are often great deals!
