Randall Kremer, Director of Public Affairs, National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution. While his primary professional focus has been international media and communications about science and natural history, he also has an extensive background in the fine and performing arts, having co-curated two major music exhibitions at the National Museum of American History. He has produced concerts for the Smithsonian and other organizations and serves as music director for the Smithsonian Jazz Café, a program he helped create. A leading authority on the history of the guitar in jazz, popular music and as an icon in American culture, he is a regular contributor to music and guitar magazines, while serving as host for concerts, lectures and musical events throughout the English-speaking world.

Percy Leaper, Chairman of the Board/CEO, Alta Technologies, Pennington, NJ. Percy has a strong business and entrepreneurial background, having held a variety of manufacturing and marketing positions in the chemical and plastics industry. He has guided four successful manufacturing startups, including his current facility. He served for many years on the board of the mentorship program for entrepreneurs at the Wharton School of Business. He holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering from John Hopkins University (where he is active on biomedical development committees) with continuing education courses in Computer Science and Business from Rider University. He and his wife Cookie are patrons of The Arts Council of Princeton.
David Miner, Founder and President of Miner Family Vineyard, Napa, CA. Dave is a veteran of the software sales world, and was a leading salesperson for Oracle (his late-uncle was a co-founder). His Miner winery has grown dramatically in size and stature since it was founded in 1998. He has a significant collection of custom and vintage instruments, including three Benedetto Guitars. In 2005, his winery released a 2002 Miner Benedetto Signature Cabernet Sauvignon and hosted a Benedetto Players Concert at his winery (future Benedetto wine releases are in the works). He and his family are major patrons of the arts; Dave sits on the board of the Napa Valley Opera House.

Jerry Sims, President, Sims Music Inc., Columbia, SC. Jerry has owned and operated the leading full service music store in South Carolina since 1979. A nationally renowned music educator and published author, he earned a music degree in Guitar Performance from Boston’s renowned Berklee College of Music. Jerry has an unparalleled knowledge of the music retail industry, and is a member of the International Music Products Association: NAMM. He owns an extensive collection of archtop guitars, including a Benedetto Manhattan 7-string, and continues to teach and perform in the Southeast.

Arnold Tenenbaum, Chairman of the Board, First Chatham Bank, Savannah, GA. A devoted civic leader, philanthropist, and former president of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Arnold is among the state’s most revered businessmen. He graduated from Dartmouth College and attended Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Following his 2003 retirement as President and CEO of Chatham Steel Corporation, he continues to maintain a highly active and visible role in the community through his service on many boards (including St. Joseph’s Hospital, Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah Country Day and Savannah Onstage) and through his philanthropic efforts to bring world class culture to the Savannah area.
